Delivery & Returns Delivery within Mainland UK Our shipping rates are based on the packed weight of each item, so it includes any packaging. We have contracts with major couriers including Parcelforce and Royal Mail which means we get very competative rates on large and small items, both UK and internationally. Maximum delivery charge for uk is £9. You will be charged only £9 even if you order more then 20 items. We hope you agree that this provides best value for our customers - we pass on our savings to you! We use Royal Mail service for most smaller items. For larger items we use Parcel Force on a Guaranteed 48 Hour Insured service. All our items are very well packaged to ensure that your items arrive safely. Postage charges are calulated on checkout. International Delivery Please contact us for international delivery. Returns Procedure You may return any item purchased for a full refund of the purchase price excluding delivery charge within 14 days of delivery to you or your customer. This may only be done by first contacting by email & requesting a returns authorisation reference. Goods will not be accepted for return without a returns authorisation reference. If you change your mind then goods may be returned within the 7 days cooling off period. You will be required to cover the cost of the return postage. Please ensure that you retain proof of sending any item for return.
